Intruder alarms

We can supply and Install Insurance approved, SSAIB, ACPO, DD243, and proximity compliant alarm systems In domestic and commercial property's.

Domestic alarms can normally be Installed within one working day and commercial's within two, dependent on the size of the building and the protection that Is required.

The normal course of action Is that a qualified surveyor will attend site and overview the property giving advice on what type of alarm and protection will best suit.

A specification Is then produced In writing to the customer and he/she can then accept or decline the works to proceed.

If the works are to proceed a date will be given when the Installation can be carried out, once complete we will show the customer how to use the alarm setting up any special requests.

Where needed our alarms can be connected to a central monitoring station so that In the event of an alarm the appropriate authorities can be contacted. Click here for more detailed Information.

We also provide maintenance on our alarms checking them every six to twelve months to give trouble free operation.

A basic layout of a typical alarm Installed In an domestic property would consist of something like this;

 Main control box placed In under stairs cupboard.
 Internal speaker placed In entrance hallway.
 Remote keypad placed In entrance hallway.
 Panic button placed below Remote keypad.
 Front door to be contacted.
 Passive Infa Red movement detector placed In Lounge.
 Passive Infa Red movement detector placed In Kitchen.
 Passive Infa Red movement detector placed In Hallway.
 Panic button placed In master bedroom.
 Live twin sounder bell box placed on front elevation.
 Dummy bell box placed on rear elevation.
